Please contact us during normal business hours regarding any returns or exchanges within 72 hours of receiving the product
- You must pay shipping back unless item is broke or damaged.
- Returns after 72 hours of receiving product will not be accepted.
- Lost items: You must file a claim by UPS ground before we ship a replacement out.
- No exceptions. We have been scamed to many times.
- Krew Kut is not responsible for any typos on our website.
